MGC Filsheet Co., Ltd. respects the privacy of individuals and handles their personal information* based on the following policies, regarding the proper and appropriate protection of personal information as its social responsibility.

- We will make efforts for the proper and appropriate acquisition and use of personal information by complying with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws and regulations.
- We will prepare regulations on the handling of personal information and inform our employees. We will also ask outsourcing contractors to handle personal information appropriately and provide necessary and appropriate supervision.
- When we acquire personal information, we will specify the purposes of use and use it within the scope of purpose.
- We will implement safety management measures to protect personal information and make efforts to prevent unauthorized access to personal information and its leakage, loss and falsification and correct them.
- We will review the status of managing and handling personal information whenever appropriate and work to improve it.

Concerning the handling of personal information, the Company will comply with cabinet and ministerial orders and guidelines related to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
3. Purposes of use
The Company will use the personal information of its employees with the contents below for the following purposes.

Personal information of employees will not be returned even after they have left office, and information whose purposes of use have been achieved will be disposed of responsibly.
4. Matters concerning safety management measures
The Company will establish the Personal Information Handling Regulations separately and comply with them to prevent the leakage, loss and damage of personal data and appropriately manage them.
5. Continuous improvement
The Company will work to improve these basic policies and the handling of personal information.
6. Disclosure of retained personal information
When there is a request from a principal or his/her agent for the disclosure of retained personal information, the Company will respond to it without delay except in the cases set forth in the following items.
- Cases in which there is a possibility that a principal or third party's life, body, fortune or other rights and interests would be harmed
- Cases in which there is a possibility of interfering seriously with the Company implementing its business properly
- Cases of violating other laws or regulations
When there is a request from a principal or his/her agent for the correction, addition and deletion of the retained personal information based on the reason that the contents are not true or a request for the utilization cease, erasing or the cease of provision to a third party for the reason that the personal information is handled in violation of laws or regulations, the Company will also respond to it after carrying out an investigation.
