MGC Filsheet Co., Ltd. produces special functional films and sheets based on polycarbonate resin.
The company was formed in October 2005 through consolidation of the Osaka Plant of the Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc. and Fuji Kasei Co., Ltd. Through the sharing of advanced technologies cultivated over many years in these two organizations, we aim to achieve further growth in the market for special functional materials.
There have been dramatic advances in technologies used to produce displays for LCD TVs and mobile phones, and our polycarbonate films and sheets are an indispensable contribution to these advancements.
Our polarizing sheets are also used in sunglasses worn by the world's top athletes who must maintain good vision and safety in intense and severe movements.
We are committed to the ongoing improvement of our production and R&D operations as well as our quality and production control technologies to produce products that will win the trust and satisfaction of our customers.
